Future-Ready Leaders Programme

Literacy Development Foundation

A 16-week, 13-module programme for Nigerian university students across three tracks: Academic Skills, Leadership Development, and AI Literacy & Future Skills.

My contribution

Storyboarded all 13 modules and consolidated them into a single programme document.
Designed a repeatable 16-slide, five-scene module structure with a recurring cast of Nigerian characters.
Built modules around practical frameworks — PEEL for academic writing, CRAPP for evaluating sources, TACT for AI-assisted research, SHARE for servant leadership, and Tuckman's stages with ADKAR for leading teams through change.
Set WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and CMALT alignment as design requirements from the start.

Health Literacy for the Girl Child

LACED Africa (now Literacy Development Foundation) · 2021

A community health-literacy partnership between LACED Africa and Health Literacy for the Girl Child, run with a local school and its teachers. It educated girls and students in the community, reaching more than 100 participants.

My contribution

Designed the programme itself — its structure, flow and sessions.
Presented a session on personal development and global citizenship.
Worked alongside the school and teachers to deliver it.

How I work

Curriculum & programme design: Multi-track programmes with a clear spine: outcomes, sequencing, assessment, and a consistent learner experience across every module.
Story-led e-learning: Scenario-based modules with recurring Nigerian characters, so learners rehearse real decisions in contexts they recognise.
Accessible by design: Built to WCAG 2.1 AA from the storyboard stage, and aligned with CMALT principles for learning technology practice.
Learning technology: Articulate Storyline 360 builds, plus programmatic production of storyboards and decks so large programmes stay consistent and quick to revise.
